PinkTie.org, a Nassau County-based charitable network of real estate professionals, will be featured in an episode of the YES Network’s “The Hook-UP” that will air through the remainder of September and October.
On The Hook-Up, Steiner Sports CEO Brandon Steiner helps sports fans with extraordinary stories and unites them with some of the more notable athletes he has met through his career.
In an episode to air at 11 p.m. on Sept. 24, Alex Rodriguez, the designated hitter with the New York Yankees, will join Steiner to help make the dream of a young cancer patient come true when he meets him in the dugout at Yankee Stadium. The episode will air again at 9:30 p.m. Sept 26 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 27.
PinkTie.org and PinkTie 1000 works to unite their real estate networks to benefit predominantly volunteer-based organizations with little-to-no overhead costs or administrative fees and their myriad of causes that include breast cancer, autism, MS, veterans’ services. PinkTie.org donates $100,000 to various causes four times each year.
For The Hook-Up event, PinkTie.org partnered with Friends of Karen, a New York-based charitable organization whose mission is to provide support for children with a life-threatening illness and their families.
